brainstorming...Maybe the true value (possibly agreed on softly) is 2.0:

2.4 & 1.65 are +/- 20% relative to 2.0  (hmmmmmm) which kind of "represents" 2x cultivation capacity (before today's acquisition)

Propose 2.4 & piss off TGIF shareholders
Propose 1.65 & piss off BAM shareholders
Agree on 2.0

Wishful thinking & admit I took a shave on the arbitrage.
