9 Million Shares at 0.66 hit the market...

The inevitable sell off of these restriced shares from a private placement over two years ago are now hitting the market.  I'm guessing they are only releasing a certain amount each day to control the sell off.  Thanks to finally removing the legend, this process was painful and long.  Unfortunalely our warrants are not released yet.  Another twist in the manuplation of share holders from BaM management.  If they did release them this stock would be back to 0.22, the price we bought in at.

At least some of us are getting out with profit.  For the people that bought in on the latest pp, I only hope you don't have as hard a time as we have acutally trying to sell these shares, after your initial hold period.  Goodbuy low float, hello reality!  Stay clear of Bamm.

If that was the case why would you wait until $2 and lower to unload everything? When you could have been selling well above $2. Doesn’t make much sense.

Well, if you acutally read the post it would make complete sense.   BaM Leadership was not allowing anyone to sell the resitrcted shares until the legend was removed on June 1st.  Once we singed the 144 legend removal document, thier transfer agent then approves the sale of said shares.  Hence why the volume is so high this week and the share price is plummeting.

Well I did read your first post but it wasn’t written very well. Even if shares were unlocked June 1. Still doesn’t make sense to continually dump all below $2. If they waited you could easily sell above $2. What was the date of the PP that is now unlocked. I am not saying that is not what is happening but it doesn’t pay to dump all at once. Especially going into earnings in a few weeks and

Wow lol if it was .22 I would pour my live savings in! That would only give them a market cap of 15 million ish. They have more cash than that right now. Fair valuation compared to peers is very easily around the $2 mark if not higher.

There was a roll back when deploy technologies got bought out by Body and Mind.  Original purchase price in the pp was 0.22 once the roll back happened our shares were set at 0.66.  But clearly you do your research and seem to have all the answers, so have fun with your life savings in this shitty stock.

I'll let you figure that out over the next few days, as the sp keeps dropping. I've been wrapped up in this mess for over two years now.  Couldn't be happier that I'm out at just shy of $2.

Wow that pretty crazy. There wasn't any mention of this situation in any documents i could find. What was the mess you were wraped up in? Were you unaware that your shares would be locked up for two years? I am failing to understand why there was such a mess.
