Bankruptcy is just around corner
with no cash in the bank, negavtive equity, and owing millions, and stepping into a large overhead brick and mortar store, desparation is kicking in. Even the consult saw that no cash available and takign minimal cash and a long shot on stock.
Take a look at finaincals, essentially they are insolvent as of Dec 31, 2018. Hence the "last desparate attempt" to Pump and Dump one more time with the consultant.

Dropped by the Grand Opening of their Brick and Mortar store this past weekend, besides the people they paid to show up "Influencers", place was dead!!
