Do you know anything about world demand for this product? I came across some info the other day and it seems there are very few suppliers, ever increasing demand and no new reserves coming into the market other than FMR. THis not only equates to increased demand but increased $/tonne.
I will see if I can find the info and repost.
The beauty of this is that its a gravel pit but the product is worth way more than traditional gravel yet it takes the same amount of work to get it to market.
Permit in place, get the road permit done and its instant sales. Way easier than building mining infrastructure and having long payouts.
