Audited Financials ( December) posted, Lumping social media support, marketing, corporate development and consulting, spend of $4,668,379  on promotion, but wait for it -----------gross profit on sales of $308,238. Even more interesting, Chris (x-president) never mentioned a $29 million dollar claim against the company in all his on-line promotional claims before he was ousted.

Subsequent to December 31, 2020, a claim was made against the Company by an unrelated party seeking damages for breach of contract and unlawful use the individual’s name and image. The plaintiff is seeking compensation of up to $29 million in cash or a combination of cash and common shares of the Company. The outcome of this claim cannot be determined and no provision has been made in these consolidated financial statements.
Subsequent to December 31, 2020, the Company received legal correspondence related to a potential claim for wrongful dismissal from a former officer of the Company. The outcome of this potential claim cannot be determined and no provision has been made in these consolidated financial statements

USD$5 million due today on the secret/nameless on-line gaming company in India according to the company's release.
