Just wait and see, my take on merger is they handed over 5 million to just negotiate the deal, this is not the total purchase price. If a deal can be reached than the 5 mill will be applied. If a deal can't be reached I will bet the 5 mill is non refundable. My guess will be "no deal" they walk away.
