NANOSTRUCK ANNOUNCES FURTHER INCREASE IN OFFERING
Nanostruck Technologies Inc., further to its news release of April 26, 2016, has received the approval of CNSX Markets Inc. to further increase the size of the financing by an additional 100 million units, to 500 million units, to raise up to $5-million, of which 157.9 million units were issued on the first-tranche closing on Aug. 11, 2015, raising gross proceeds of $1,579,000, with up to an additional 342.1 million units to be issued in subsequent closings.
