no arguments

no arguments as a consequence of acquiring two companies both of which represented more then twenty percent of existing BH. business acquisition audits on both are required along with the bh audit all within ninety days with a xmas season, so Sept 30th year end companies are now a problem , with the old rules of 144 days this would not have been an issue. BH will require a fair amount of digging to find the real value the acquisitions provided as they will not show up in year end numbers and only be partially accounted for in first quarter numbers. so this market will be soft for at least a quarter until the street actually gets to see what was promised , end of second quarter, i beleive the proper expectation to be 06 year with 160 million in sales and somewhere between 7 and 10 million in EBITDA, before any other synergistic acquisitions. this company will continue to acquire other assets , imho they will seek to double the afore mentioned ebitda before accessing the trust market.
