Its insurance activities are conducted through two insurance entities, First Guard Insurance Company and its affiliated agency, 1st Guard Corporation (First Guard), and Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty Insurance Company and its affiliated agency, Southern Pioneer Insurance Agency, Inc. (Southern Pioneer). Its insurance businesses provide insurance of property and casualty. The Company's oil and gas operations are conducted through two entities, Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (Abraxas Petroleum) and Southern Oil Company (Southern Oil). Abraxas Petroleum operates oil and natural gas wells.

quite funny

must admit i feel the same frustration on timeliness of financial results and have over a million shares that are not happy campers being so far out of the money, however patience is a virtue. law suits to my knowledge have been settled in favour of bh , and any other lawsuits just minor employee suits...aggregate value less then 1ook as to profitability i guess a chartered a bank lends 20 million because the company isnt making money...go figure , not many smallcaps with this type of credit available ...ven you must admit that.
