at long last

at long last Financial information ually takes nine months to realize synergies and digest on time, at least the finance team has conquered the "demons" that prevented this accomplishments in the past. sales are impresive, continue to be challenged on the bottom line, expect that there is a fair amount of EBITDA normaliztion going on to meet bank covenants, (quite normal post consolidation of acquisitions...usually takes nine months to see the synergies and digest the costs. Good MDA, need to see real improvement over the next six months to keep me from starting to liquidate, i aM CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC.
