Its insurance activities are conducted through two insurance entities, First Guard Insurance Company and its affiliated agency, 1st Guard Corporation (First Guard), and Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty Insurance Company and its affiliated agency, Southern Pioneer Insurance Agency, Inc. (Southern Pioneer). Its insurance businesses provide insurance of property and casualty. The Company's oil and gas operations are conducted through two entities, Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (Abraxas Petroleum) and Southern Oil Company (Southern Oil). Abraxas Petroleum operates oil and natural gas wells.

you must have a very low opinion of the other investors and a high opinion of yourself, good on you for your crusading. where or where would the markets be without the great gaurd angel....microcap stocks attract those who want the risk of success or failure they are notg meant for the faint of heart. roll the dice and take your chance dont need someone to say you should have bet odds, know your type the guy that sits around the craps table never joining in but always there to vicariously enjoy the risk of others.
