Red flags all over the place

Red flags all over the placewith missed reporting and financials.  And yet our management seems to like the travelling and presentations.  Ignoring shareholders is not good business and not being able to deliver the above mentioned reports is a sign of managment not manageing properly.

First some missed reports, then comes the halt and after that the suspension.

Are we going the same route as Dixie Brands/BRCK with the brands getting all the press while the company is converted to the first run of shareholder's accounts to be born again as a private company with a lot less reporting requirements than publicly traded companies.

BHNG totally missed the ipo potential and I'm not sure that chocolates alone are going to make this company.  How many skus do we have left?
