RE:Bhng financials and MD&A

RE:Bhng financials and MD&AThat has been my complaint and topic of my posts on several occasions, that accounting is no longer about getting a proper financial picture but more of a science to cook the books to give the impression of succeeding.

It isn't just BHNG either.  For some reason a lot of junior and larger pot companies are missing reporting dates for financials.  You tend to think that there's nothing good to talk about or that management hasn't got a clue.

A lot of them are shades of Nortel or BreX where they are either hiding the truth or as in the case of Nortel, the secretary had a better finger on the pulse than the high priced help.

Lots of things have gone awry in the stockmarket with all of the players coming up with new, inventive and confusing twists to their investment vehicles enabling them to convert public investors dollar in to their bank accounts.  Regular commissions are no longer enough and a lot of that sloppin' at the trough is just enabled to the detriment of regular investors

waste of time! It should be a tool to know where our business is coming from
...no reporting on California, business or Trulieve...it sounds like we have no idea
about state business,let a alone product categories,best selling items.....the MD&A
..is pretty well a carbon copy of what was said by State..in previous 3-4 quartely
reports...surely we know more about what is going on in each state by SKU,by
Category etc.etc....very little information...and very little reported to shareholders!
Sorry can’t help myself....need to regain some confidence that the business is
being measured and run at sku and caregory level! ...I keep waiting for these
details each quarter.....a report like what NDVA provides to shareholders would
be helpful!  I suppose my years as a senior exec..in a large retail business...is
an influence....but just tired of reading these quarterly financial reports that
really don’t provide much info about the Progress Bhang I s making!

Sorry, SH gremlins snatched my proper post right off the page and I haven't figured out how to retrieve it.  Major pizz off and it happens to me a lot like it's personal targetting.
