RE:RE:RE:What BIGG makes on digital currency transactions.
The "deal " was announced the 27 may 2019 (you can check the news section...).
" In consideration for acquiring all of the issued and outstanding shares of Netcoins, and on the closing of the Transaction, BIG will issue an aggregate 37,500,000 common shares (the "Payment Shares") to the Vendor at a deemed price of $0.08 per Payment Share "
"The Vendor plans to distribute the Payment Shares to its shareholders on a pro-rata basis."
BIGG sp was hovering at 10-12 cents at that time, end of may.
NETC sp was 4 cents at the end of the month.
The distribution of BIGG shares occured for me in october 2019
I had 46800 share of NETC (paid $0.16 in sept. 2018)
I got 14454 shares of BIGG @ a deemed price of $ 0.01
BIGG share price was $ 0.05 at the end of october 2019.
I break even @ $ 0.52 per BIGG Share.
Finally : )
The NETC and BIGG shares were / are in my TFSA. :( ... :)
