21,496,301 Units ( shares + 1/2 Warrants) at $ 0.35 per unit.
On Aug 12, the stock quote was $ 0.66
So, who was the beneficiary of such generous  giveaway???
Inquiring minds would like to know...

A financing is not done on one day,,, not a PP.... if you look at the chart the stock was in a bad downtrend until mid July... they might have at that time felt the need to get some cash before things got worse.  And might have planned to only raise a bit, but then cant say no to more cash. I am not making excuses for them, of course higher is better , but these things take time to do and

its hard to raise money in PP at or around stock price. people will just buy the stock. second these shares are locked and cant be traded untill stated in the news releases. pp are always lower usually stock hovers around them because investors think if people willing to put money in at "x" amount than guess thats where they think stock price should be, second pp are usually insiders of
