"CANNABIX BREATHALYZERS INC '' has the license to sell a device/THC breathalyzer anywhere else in the entire world (Europe/Asia/Australia/Africa...yada yada yada. Cannabix Breathalyzers Inc footprint is bigger than Cannabix Technologies Inc. Guess what??? Let's say Cannabix Technologies Inc, manufactures 10000 units of breathalyzers to peddle to the market. Whether Cannabix Technologies sells one single device or not - the mere manufacturing of such a device requires you to pay CANNABIX BREATHALYZERS INC a royalty fee. It doesn't matter if you sell the product and/or make a profit/revenues, your 1st obligation is to pay a royalty fee to Kulwant Malhi and Rajpaul Attariwala. That's not even including royalty payments to the University of Florida. The way your "contract agreement" is set up between Cannabix Technologies, Cannabix Breathalyzers Inc, and University of Florida, you stand last to make a dime of any device sold in North America. Here's another kicker of many I could spell out but who cares right? Another kicker is let's say you ultimately do have a device that works at the roadside for cops. The laws in the USA need to be changed before such a device is broadly accepted. MEANWHILE...In ASIA/EUROPE/AUSTRALIA elsewhere - such a device/thc breathalyzer is readily accepted by the market(s).
