Target for Hound

Target for HoundJust a theory, I would venture that they are either being kept down for a possible placeholder for Hound to take them out when they are convinced that it is readyu for the Market and possibly just before any uptake annoncement from the targeted police forces or others testing the units.

As with most industries, why develop from scratch when you can leap from for what would probably amount to less costs plus own the patents.

Only wondering if there are any others who may want to beat out Hound??   I do not see these guys being the go to market for this device, besides the lack of experience or distribution legs, they are quite R&D specific.

Time will tell, hopefully they are doing what they can to get on all radars.
