Last I heard spit collects dna and you need a court order to legally collect it which probably takes it out of any realm of reality for roadside testing for thc impairment.
I honestly don't know if you can collect dna from breath yet but that is what Cannabix is promoting themselves on.
Not an easy thing to do and passing will take proving to get it accepted and into law no matter who's device is accepted by the system.
