I don't think law enforcement is done at all. I live in Canada and I know of people that regularly drive high. Even been out walking around and had cars with the windows down speed away smelling of weed.  THC really shuts down the old brain temporarily. I at least know for me if I am smoking weed I make mental mistakes that I normally wouldn't do.  Yes everything impacts people

I am also in Canada.  I certainly hope and agree that the police use is not completely dead, and it is certainly needed as yeah there is definitely a lot of people thinking they can still drive.  My point in that comment was more in regards to the court process that follows and that even if they cant get a product that is used for litigation purposes that there is still a huge market for

Same here, unfortunately, our officials are sometimes more reactive than proactive. Something may have to trigger awareness for pressure to have politicians top down the police and other governing bodies.  Triggering would most likely come in the form of a fatality or serious incident that would have people call out the government for the decision to legalize without any form of governenance
