This is not a pump and dump but developing real product

The company is not a pump and dump with claims that are premature like those made by Hound Labs....These guys are doing it the right way and actually perfecting the technology and running  scientific trials in the right settings.

Hound claims it handed out its products to police officers on the road and they claim that to be their "trial testing" and they plan to rely on that on the street trials to get court approval for their device...I doubt the courts are going to accept a non scientific study or the data they have published so far.  There is  reason Hound does not want to be  a public company and be scrutinized or their claims

BLO is doing everything scientifcally( tho a little too slowly) with the understanding the science has to be done correctly and in measured way for the device to stand up and be court certified...they will get there and I am holding on for when a bigger breathalyzer company buys them out for $10-15..in 12-18 months

So you go over to Algernon and claim to know what you're talking about and come here and claim you know what you are talking about. I've read what you wrote at Algernon and you don't know what you are talking about. I've read what you wrote here and you don't know what you are talking about.

Just one point of information. Hound Labs has their device ON VIDEO TAPE with Law Enforcement testing the device. It's been out there with Law Enforcement for years. Go find it. it's not hard to do with Google. Also, it won't matter about anyone making up stories when a device is front row center in your face being sold to the masses. Meanwhile, keep dreaming up stories to fit a ...more

Can you post ONE government accreditation that Hound Labs has...handing it to a beat cop is not scientific trials and will not be accepted by the courts. If Hound is so legit, why dont they go public and clear the scrutiny of being a public company and having to legally stand by each and every claim? For a breathalyzer to be approved for Law Enforcement it needs to be verified by NHSTA ...more

Let Me guess...you don't understand Hound Labs news reklease from yesterday. All of what you are talking about is mumbo jumbo at this point. Where in that news release does it say anything about the Hound Lab device having undergone ANY government testing or certificaion...you cant go to court based on results obtained by a handful of beat cops...am I missing something where they have obtained government certification...please point that out

Here's a piece of info maybe you can absorb. There need not be a Court Certification process for a device not intended to confirm impairment. There are no scientific measures in place that confirms a level of impairment for any living human being. Don't take my word for it. Cannabix's own scientific advisor Dr. Huestis told everyone there is no way to reasonably determine someone's ...more

There is something call charter rights and constitutional rights. You cannot stick a non certified device into somebodies mouth just to gather evidence against that person. Anything used to gather court evidence needs court certification. So the Hiund narrative that they can stick their device in a unified mouth does not fly in the North Amerc ican legal system.

Please explain your incoherent legal theory to these investors: Benchmark, EEC, Icon Ventures, Intrinsic Capital Partners, NFP Ventures, Tuatara Capital. It's coming to North America in Q1 2022.

These funds are not  the icons of  the industry.. The blatant fact is that the Hound device has zero government court certification and cannot be used to gather evidence.....they may market it to insurance agencies etc and the work place..but there is ZERO ZERO certification for  the HOUND Device to be used in ANY LEGAL EVIDENTIARY VALUE...if I am wrong please post the info that ...more

You are wrong in your entire concept of what a marijuana breathalyzer is capable of doing and the current political and legal environment which controls just how far such a device can be used throughout society. As the laws of the USA stands a marijuana breathalyzer cannot be used in any process for determining recent use at the Federal level. Hound Labs explains it's intended targeted ...more

We shall see..my belief is that HOUND is making claims with zero government certification and LAW ENFORCEMENT cannot use non certified devices to further evidence gathering...its just not allowed in the legal field...every part of an investigation has to use court certified devices or even techniques in the way of drug recgnition experts...you just can not throw your own device at will to further ...more

There's a difference between what one believes and what one knows. I know you don't know much about Hound Labs nor Cannabix for that matter. Your belief is a company offering private placements to people you don't know and couldn't name has as much clout as billion dollar venture caps who analyze and invest in companies for a living. You need to look up Benchmark. I'll hold ...more

Can you not SEE what you posted? It clearly states the following "Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) devices on this page are the only devices you may use to conduct alcohol confirmation tests. It says ABSOLUTELY nothing about marijuana breathalyzers or testing. An Alcohol breathalyzer is not a mnarijuana breathalyzer. You would think that's something EASY to understand. Sorry it's great to pit ha story about " monetizing the device" but what certification does the device have to allow it to be considered effective and approved by governments.  Law enforcement cannot use a non court approved evidence gathering tool. Neither can an employer unless it's union approved.  Can you provide link to those apprjvals alcohol breathalyzer took ...more
