No one owns the technology. Richpower originally held the patent I believe but EV puts it in a sleek, pretty, functional package. They would both own the final product license I'm sure.

Unfortunately reading their website tells you very little actually...great hype...not much substance however....can't even look up their products....very little info to be found there and the new website for the Ionix Pro is just a cover page at this time.... Richpower are the engineers. EV are the design and sales. BTI are support. Manufacturing/production most likely in China. Although they save huge tariffs if they shipped components to Canada and assembled here. I would send them an email. I'm sure they'd be glad to answer any questions.
