ACDC only has a licence and distribution agreement with Rich Power and ITB in China. They don't produce or own any products.

Simply, my understanding is rich power producing and distributing batteries using Acdc technologies  Just as it said they are partners. So whats your concern?

       You're right, the proper way to do a DD would be to visit the factory. But since it's in China, that's out. Humm, that brings up some red flags. It could be convenient for acdc that the factory's in China, retailers are not going to fly to China to check it out.
