Did you also know that according to their website they only have 163 Million shares outstanding? Your saying they have double this amount outstanding, but the website is updated every day for investors not sure where you got this number! Maybe just maybe the company is buying their own shares back at 2.5 cents or at 2 Cents your thoughts?

They have 312M outstanding shares. The questions is whether 120M SAC shares are subject for trading.
