Blackhawk Provides Corporate Update on NuWave Foods

Vancouver, British Columbia - TheNewswire - August 10th 2020 - Blackhawk Growth Corp. (CSE:BLR)(CNSX:BLR.CN); (Frankfurt:0JJ)(OTC:BLRZF) (the "Company") is pleased to provide a corporate update regarding the ongoing development of NuWave Foods.

On July 15th, 2020, NuWave Foods received its EnWave 10kw machine and chiller at its Edmonton, Alberta facility. Installation was completed shortly thereafter. Both EnWave and the team at NuWave will be onsite on the 10th of August to begin training and testing production. Blackhawk's CEO Frederick Pels will also be onsite. Blackhawk is excited about the future of this initiative. NuWave has been producing fresh doughnuts in preparation for testing. The Company has updated its website and will provide a further update as it progresses.
