Yes. CE Mark approval is certainly coming and very soon. What is interesting is the fact that, per Xphyto's CEO, the performance data for Covid-ID Lab will be released to the public along with the CE Mark approval. Xphyto has boldly claimed that they feel that Covid-ID Lab is the fastest PCR test in the world combining the speed and affordibility of an antigen test with the accuracy

Sure hope you're right! Although, coupling the test accuracy data with the news of CE mark could be a way to soften the blow if sensitivity and specificity aren't great. The company did say their validation demonstrated diagnostic level accuracy, so hoping the market likes the results

No company is going to waste money and apply for approval if it is not sure about the sensitivity and specificity of its test kit. To me the issue of sensitivity and specificity no longer an issue at this stage.
