RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NR Involving Voluntary Share Lock-UpIf you were a heavily vested insider of a company, would you tank the stock of that company? Highly doubtful. If you were a majority desicion maker, would you allow that to happen? No.
IF insiders decide to sell in July, the vast majority will sell gradually and those shares will be picked up by civilian investors, which will fill the void of each share sold. Ultimately, nothing out of the ordinary will be obvious.
Shares purchased or given to insiders as an incentive ALWAYS come with fine print to protect the company and its share holders. IE. X number of shares tendered over a certain period of time while under an umbrella of insurance. Etc.
The price of this stock by July will be substantial and still growing with new holdings, new government approvals and new revenue. In all likelyhood, shares will be held by the smarter vast majority, waiting for the top end. Based on past history with strong/intelligent management in a similar sector, "new age medicines"; This stock will fetch anywhere from $35.00 to $125.00 per share at the top end.
