So anyone

Invested at this point is getting shares in all three companies when trading resumes?  I wonder if they will let it trade under SHRM for a bit then split it up. Anyone know?

Nobody knows forsure but IMO I could see something like this occurring. It makes sense for the review to take time and for SHRM to come out swinging for the fences. I know there is a lot of negative speculation on here because there hasn't been an update, but no company would ever publish and update while under a halt. That's the point . I have faith in the company, its board and its ...more

I suspect if Champignon knew themselves (or ANY shred of positive news), they would WANT to publicly tell their shareholders. Instead, finding credible information about shrm, is relocated to either the Sedar or Canadian Securities Exchange websites, in the form of monthly reports and/or company filings. Initial news of a company split/spin out will show in the form of CSE file requesting to do so ...more

I know you're new but your post is nonsense. You signed up July 4th to post this garbage? The agreement with the Ketamine Clinic in Orange County has NOT been cancelled. There is no mushroom infused coffee and no one has resigned. You failed Basher School. Find work elsewhere.

Unfortunately he's right. There is a Monthly Progress Report (Form 7) that is dated July 7, 2020 and can be found on the CSE website. 6. Describe the expiry or termination of any contracts or agreements between the Issuer, the Issuer’s affiliates or third parties or cancellation of any financing arrangements that have been previously announced. The previously announced term sheet with the ...more

From what I gathered from the June 26 material update is that Altmed and NewCo will be combined to make Amalco. SHRM will change its name to Apotheosis. Current SHRM share holders I believe will be given NewCo/Amalco shares... No rate stated. 1:1, 1:1.5???? Still more info needed from the company.
