Been out of the loop on this. What's going on with SHRM?

K i've been out of the loop for a while with SHRM but I am still sitting on a couple hundred shares. What is going on with this company and when will it trade again? Will we be trading under SHRM still or another name(Altmed?) When trading resumes will it still be at .89 cents? Or should I expect a drastic drop? If anyone can give me some info I would greatly appreciate it. This is a 5 year hold for me. I just hope it's up and trading again soon. GLTA holding.

What I'm thinking that happened, I've been watching this since the get-go, is that when they applied to be publicly traded, they weren't a psychadelic company, they transitioned into one without going about the proper procedure.
