Yes our name is changing!
......("CSE") which contains disclosure regarding the acquisition of AltMed Capital Corp. ("AltMed") (the "Transaction"). The Transaction constituted a reverse takeover of Champignon by AltMed. Btw i like altmed better more professional

Yes it was a reverse takeover. Mcyntire was already the CEO of ALTMED. The name may be more "professional" I sure hope his behaviour is as well. We have just had a nine month halt and gone full circle because people did not do the neccesary paperwork or provide the neccessary oversight.
