I also found this informative. Though you are correct... the last caller did question how the jv would be funded... but it wasn't answered. Do these companies have enough cash in hand... or will they issue warrants? Institutional backer? Hmmmm. I liked that they mentioned their diversity of consumer goods ex. Pet CBD (Therabis) and topical creams. IMO the biggest asset Khiron will bring to this 50/50 partnership will be their supply chain... also helps that they have the former Mexican president on their team! Looking forward to Q2 and hearing that anticipated Mexican Cannabis regulation announcement. I am pondering the emphasis Dixie seemed to put on attracting the hispanic community in the U.S.? Perhaps it is a sign of good faith to reiterate a focus in the key demographic of the Khiron partnership, not only in the Latin countries... but also home in the U.S.
