I have noted your ongoing concerns about promotion, which are legitimate. One must also consider the difference between promoting the Publicly Traded Company (Stock) vs advertising the Products they produce (Cannabis related etc). The Cannabis Act outlines the framework for the regulations. Also, Cannabis Dried Flower and oils are federally legal here in Canada... I'm sure you're aware that edibles are beverage are NOT (yet). Here is a good link from the Ottawa Citizen which gives a few examples of some of the bigger Canadian LP's that have taken some negative heat from Health Canada for advertising "shenanigans." In case anyone isn't aware... Health Canada is definitely a department you want to be working WITH... and not fighting against. https://ottawacitizen.com/news/local-news/warning-on-ads This is all in IMHO... DYODD. PS. I hope you have better luck in getting a reply from Dixie than i did. I emailed several months ago without a reply. I can't wait to see their products on shelves here in Canada. Go Dixie Go!! glta
