cfo and evpare bailing ship! I don't know how you can take an amalgamation of two good companies and run them into the ground by joining them. Most would have immediate cost savings. BR Brands, Mary's Medicinals and Dixie Brands are name brand companies with a lot of skus on shelves.
And these guys can't submit the proper paperwork, maybe need to ask a secretary, like the Nortel situation, where the secretary was the only one with a finger on the pulse.
There has got to be value here!
