Coronavirus or not
It's time for some news on whatever we've got going to cause this halt. As a Dixi investor who paid a lot more for this than I should have, I have mixed feelings about "the deal". On one hand, we need somebody that can drive a public company. Dixie going public has been a disaster from day 1, but there is obviously something there that BR wants. I personally think that the deal is too low for what Dixie brings to the table but they need somebody to drive the bus to success. BR is Keeber and he is the guy who built and sold and started BR or is heavily involved. BR are a private company as WAS Dixie. I know it is sh!tcity timing for struggling potpreneurs but Dixie has a heck of a lot going for it by comparison to the late entries. 100 skus, IP, International Brand recognition and fockin' near 10 years of existence. Not an easy business and Dixie did some heavy lifting. I guess the question is, can we be saved? Bring on the Knights to save us. Whoever is running this show needs to put out a nr to inform investors wtf is going on.
