A lot of money went

from shareholders to management I suspect.  I call it magic money for the way it dissappears.  When the acquisitor was the seller of the company, it gives me mixed feelings.  Was this the plan all along to cash out and still wind up with the company or did the new guys just fock up so bad that they had to bring back the guy who built the company in the first place.  The only thing I know for sure is that my azz is hurtin' and I don't think it is going to get better.

To be honest I still don't really understand what's going to happen to my Dixie shares with that merger. Do you know and could you explain?
