I just got an e-mail

that suggests nothing but good things for Bellrock!  Helluva way to show shareholders how to kill a company.  I don't get how this is halted on the CSE but free trading on a US exchange.

All part of a deceitful method of killing off a company but keeping the good parts for returning it to private first shareholders.

Not enough securities guys to bring this to a head and protect shareholders.

Not fair that US exchanges won't honour halts from other exchanges.  It facilitates the "grab" of honest public investment dollars.

Penalties have got to be heavier, like lead heavy!
