clean start to my re- observation (cut and paste messup)
clean start to my re- observation (cut and paste messup)Why make this so hard 200 000 000 /16.5 = 1.21 B shares plus the 50 m that are out 1.26 billion shares total in the new company if there is no roll back. The lions share of ownership is the old Harbouside 80 % the other 20 % is the Lineage group . However they are one now so no ratio makes ones firm worth more then the others because the other two firms have ceased to exist.
Personally I would be most concerned first about excessive dilution , but I'm sure they cant be that foolish. And second Lineage the company we all invested in did not / or at best veered from the path to which they sold people on to invest in the first place . That was to assemble craft growers in a niche market weather it be partially or wholly to assemble a new firm under one umbrella.
In this case they have accepted and will bring to a vote a totally new vision of the company where an outside firm does a revers takeover . Now, what they describe as an iconic Californian company is actually 340 000 sqft of grow space and 2 dispensaries. They boast 50 million in revenue not profit as most seem to have read in there minds .I would ask myself how much of that is profit and how much is going to other functions. We have know idea at this point, they are a private firm. They could be operating at a loss. After all Canopy looses upwards of 60 - 80- K a day and are also described as an Iconic firm how ever they do dwarf this move by a hundred times.
Even more concerning is for some time yours and my money is locked and being used to complete a transaction that needs to go to a vote, that may not come to fruition and in the mean time we all could of been earning with that money remember they said sometime in the 4th quarter , October / November ? who knows.
I could go on but that about sums it up...... Hopefully it works out but it’s a heck of a departure from why I invested based on the forward looking statements they provided.
