My basic understanding ( and I can obviously be wrong) is that if we vote for the resolution number 2, that bypass the 25% rules that the TSE lives by..." the TSE will accept advance approval by the shareholders of an issuer in anticipation of private placements that may exceed the TSE 25% practice, provided that such placements are completed within 12 months of the date of such advance shareholders approval." Does anyone know the timeline that the 1,246,000 common shares to Manaca/and or James Richardson can be traded? cheers Honest Guy
