I believe the senate has agreed to keep the session going until midnight. So the vote could be anytime from now until midnight ontario time.

Furthermore, there are other steps before canabis is legal in canada.

senate votes
bill goes back to the house
the house debate and votes
if it's a yes, then the bill goes to the PM for signature.
if it's a no, then the bill goes back to the senate...
once everyone okays it, then it goes to GG for royal assent.

Atleast thats how i think the things to progress.

That is true, but everything else after a 3rd reading 'Yes" Senate vote is pretty much a rubber stamp. It's my understanding that no Bill has ever not been (or extremely rare) passed after the Senate has given their final approval on it.
