Shelf Prospectus

Can someone explain exactly what that is in layman's terms.  Is it a good or bad thing?

I think it means it has access to credit through various means. I would think that is a good thing.

My understanding is that they are doing the broad strokes for an equity offering - they get the okay from the regulators, and then when they decide to actually do an offering they have to provide a very limited prospectus amendment and they can proceed. Benefit #1 is not having to specify a price for the offering at this point. My take is they beieve the price is going higher so don't want to ...more

why would it be going higher? I think its more likely they dont want to scare the price lower by out right releasing news they need cash in a bad way.  Need to get all that paperwork done and in place to try and keep it above 30 cents so they can do the PP at 25 cents. Lets face it this thing is on its death spirl  Maybe it will do a RS like ACB did cause that always workds out. the ...more
