KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Musings

RE:RE:RE:RE:MusingsOreelse ... Thanks for the additional information. I knew some of it but my emphasis
was ment to be on clf (KWG's nemesis) not being humble enought to ship their (70%
anyway) low grade FeCr204 to KWG to processs into FeCr (or, whatever). However,
Oreelse, I don't believe you or I will be around long enought to see this happen.
Buy-outs will happen rather swiftly as soon as the gov't, FN's, different companies
all get their acts together. The politicans, of course, will try to take all the credit once
the Financial Commitment are firmly established - for ALL the infrastructure and the
promised "pay-backs" are safetly deposited into various overseas bank accounts.

One last item, any idea if any of the KWG stockholders will end up is a suit against
CLF when this is all over? I'm of the opinion right now that many of CLF's apparent
illegal actions will be confirmed as true very shortly. And, the anger and hate
expressed on this BB by some sure makes one think along this line (especially if CLF
is still in business - which, China and a few International Conglomerates would jump
up and down in esthesis if it works out that way).
