use the river as a transport methodI would think a sea port built at the mouth of the Attawapiskat river, and barge equipment up the river, in the summer, and in the winter haul it over the ice....would get mine construction started...
Where the river empties into the Bay is shallow, but there is plenty of raw rocks to build a pier far out into the Bay....so that lighter ships could off load from larger sea going ships....lets do something rather than sit here and watch the RoF sink into the mud of inaction....
