An ode to KWG Longs ... and othersThe Deep Dark information that should be made available by management to stockholders prior to the next stockholders meeting so that the STOCKHOLDERS can make decent decisions as to how to vote their shares. Otherwise, IT'S JUST WHAT MANAGEMENT WANTS - SO THEY CAN PASS ANYTHING THEY WANT (even if it's not in the best interest of the shareholders or Company).
A dilution by any other name is still a dilution. No matter what words are used by mgm. when they devalue the worth of a share - by issuing more shares, it's still a dilution!
A Scam by any other name is still a scam! A Scam has all Negative Connatations. All the words in the dictionary nor all the efforts by management can change the TRUE meaning of SCAM.
SCAM: (Websters) A Fraudulent Scheme. A Swindle. To Cheat. To Defraul or Fool.
CON: (Webster and mine) To Dupe. To influence a person (a dupable person is one who is easily deceived or fooled) beyond what there normal capacity to reason is and then usually to persuade them to accept the proposed thesis.
We seem to have a few "Scammers" here on this Board. They seem to, or are, out to get a large and QUICK financial reward (or Award - a "pay-check" or "bonus" from their "Boss") - at other persons expense. They continue to supply various kinds (and often) information both pro and con. Fortunately some of those (again on this board) that give informations freely are "kind" or "good Joe's" and really do help out the less informed (at times, though, it seems the illiberal are advising the illiterate).
Herein is some of the "Stuff" that management should share with the Stockholders. How can one be expected to do their job if "critical" information is withheld from them? The "information" I refer to is commonly called "Meat".
"Management" ... NO Meat Here ?
First thought, KWG is an Exploratory Company. It's Management has let the stockholders to believe that "they" "need" to do a lot of things to be successful. And, for the last dozen or so years they have been pretty darn good at doing all these things. But, good old Frank signed on
to manage an exploratory company. He has exceeded all expections in accompishments in getting KWG into its present position. Exploratory companies are usually "bought out" (in various ways). It's almost time now for KWG to be "bought out". Think on this line. It's not abnormal for the present Top Manager(s) to move on with their lifes when the "buy out" occures. When that happens all their expertise, dreams, goals, desires go with them. The new company doesn't really give a hoot for the new minority stockholders. Peroid! They (the old managers) and we (the old Stockholders) are on our own too. This will happen sometime! Our influence in the new company is NIL. Now, this just may happen pretty soon (? who knows? My crystal ball is cracked up!).
Our present top managers are being "protected" even now by our "beloved"(?) CEO. (Read the unwritten sighs of the time which abound around us.) Which now leads us now to what is our CEO doing to protect us - his shareholding brothers/s? You know, just because they (the KWG management) would like to think that the Big Spenders (Banks, Institutions, etc.) will grab some of the existing 3.3MM shares right away and/or that the Big Spenders will stand in line ready to buy MM's more (hopefully from those shares to be available after the next Stockholders Meeting, or by PP's direct from the Company itself). ... Surely these ideas are management dreams - goals, until they can be called "MEAT". So far, besides "dreams", nothing tells us it's going to happen! It's just ill faithed hope - given to us shareholders . Now, if they want to "feed" the Shareholders they should telling us of the "business" that the CEO's office has accomplished with (Ha Ha) those Companies, Persons, and the quantity of shares and the "Letters of Intent" they have gained to support their call for us to support them on this their new agenda.
Me thinks that just maybe someone (like Frank) has been paying to much attention to the gracious leader of the 50 states below ... like maybe: Redistributation of Shares vs. Redistribution of Wealth. Is Frank that much an actual Liberial? Frank sure is appreciated by most of the contributing members of this bulletin board. I'm sure he also appreciated the position that China was in when Japan copied some of the US Businesses and started pushing for JIT deliveries. China was use to taking their time at making deliveries (and that still is a hangup for the RUSH Rush Rush in todays industries). Nowdays the negotations with the Chinese includes in the Production Contracts a penalty clause where the cost of downtime for the non delivery of goods - in time for use (and not before either - because of limited storage facilities). At first it was hard to get the Chinese to agree to it. Example: Christmas presents delivered in January did no good for Retail Outlets Sales scheduled for November/December shoppers.
Raising Capital to "Build The Mine"? ... No din-din here either. Just Talk, repeat, Talk, etc.
Where is the Meat here? Is the 3 to 300 suppose to cover this? Well, at least it's out in the open to think about. An explotatory company does not usually have to raise the Capital required to build a mine nor to make trips all over the world to sell itself. .
N/S Rail Road ... Is this suppose to be a Chinese responsibility? No? ... "All's Quiet on the Far Western Front". Are there any other Mining Companies, besides KWG (& Not - maybe?), being roped in to help share the burden of paying for the RR? Ha, (not even good enought for a HaHa.) Letters of intent to pass along? Maybe?
It sure show's the "character" of the "Small Timer", "non-professsional", high status(?) government official who does not even mention the name of the most promment role playing company in the ROF. Really it is Low Class. Childish Behavior. So, where's the Meat? Is it in pronuciation verballly and in a public place that KWG does live? Or, saying (publicly) why yes we have a Billion Canadian Dollars ready for the RR/infrastructure in the ROF?
Free Nations? What language do they speak? Doesn't seem like they even talk as there is only LOUD deep SILENCE coming from the NORTH these days. Sure wish that someone from management would up date us Stockholders, even if you have to speak in French. You know, with the High Tech Electronics and all those Satellites with specialized Hearing Aid Systems, some of the FN communications should have been broken into and leaked to the meadia. (Turn the Liberal Politicians loose on that and watch the fur fly.) Somebody must know something ... the shareholders "Know Nothing". ("SH" are hungry for - Beef! I myself would gladly give up some of my Shares to have someone share meat-ee information with me!.) Does anyone have any Meat about what the Free Nations Royalties are to be and what it will be based upon (profits made, or Gross Sales, or - or - ore? Then are there other payments going to FN (like government taxing or some incentives bonsus')? Which we would like to knowo of. Certaintly they are not secret - as they would have been leaked by now!
"Goverment" ... They sure spend a lot of $$ from Taxes (collected by third parties persons of course) and Bank $$ - Loaned to them. Not much spent on the ROF though! Government workers are more like Yellow Jackets Bees - having a sting. The gov't workers should be more like a Steer. At lest then they would produce some BEEF. (Oh, by the way ... Joke time, What's another name for a Steer? ... How about "Consultant". They can't deliver the goods - they only can advise others!)
Yes, the US sure does have a bunch of "Clowns" acting as Politicans trying to run the government. Did you know that it's cheaper to put a person in jail that to support them with welfare money. Canada is a close second. Mexico never ever has had a good government official - not since the Spaniards first set foot on the North American soil. English.They are good at changing (all - but the Royalty). French ... Since they have been invaded (successfully too), many times, they have gained over the years a lot of foreign soldiers - left behind, of course, to service their fair lady friends or because they couldn't walk home with their regular army. I'm afraid It will never get better. Canada - Right now there are fewer leaks (of secrets [but no shortage of good crappers]) coming from the leaders. It seems like the Free Nations are having their way with about everything they want (they certaintly don't look the lookes of a
"favor" gainer). In the US the minorities are "Center Circle" and in Mexico, well, their population is still running north to the US. Is there ANY Hope for any of us? Ontario needs help getting finances for the ROF (and more). California needs to ship multi-ships loaded with, well ... there are to many to list here ... so, right now all they have going for them is Electric Cars, Frivolous Movies and fillers of skimpy bathing suits. No one at all would miss San Francisco if a fire and an earthquake had a big party there - at the same time.

Why one star? Just to let them know someone is watching. Now, the seemingly non-interest from the TSX (& V) in what appears to be ignoring requests from stockholders concerning the "illegally controlling" the share price of certain stocks. Well, don't just set there. Do something! Lie if you have to. Did the Commissioner pass-on? Did they have to hire a Native Aboriginal-Female and teach her a new language to start with? I don't know the answers to those Q. Comments?
Maybe now that someone is "on-to-them", there at the TSX, maybe someone will get up and clean the coffee pot. I'm a long - and long starving for meat from our leaders.
Chinese ... Have you ever been told that you can't afford that ... ?
Well, in China - "THEY CAN AFFORD IT." Anything at all.! ... Did you know that they pay their foreign bills with Greenbacks. The payment may be a tad late getting there - even-though they have been known to have more greenbacks than even the USofA has. But, they don't like to part with them either. Same with Gold. The latest I'v hear was that the Chinese was claiming to own the whole of the South Pacific Ocean. (HeHe) The reason given was that they had too many non-Chinese speaking persons and they wanted more space to promote Communism as - a "first choice" government, Chinese as - an international language, and to free many subservient persons from Democracy and "the rule of law". How's that? (Don't remind me, the Chinese killed by older brother - in Korea.) We also should know our enemies and how they do business. (Remember the German SS troopers back in the early to mid 1940's? Their typical reply to questions on their work was "What's the problem with a few less ...?") Well, get ready for hearing "non-negotiable" - "it's in the contract". Me thinks that they will also have an area of concern in relationships such as to getting along with some of the various levels of the Ontario government officials. Also, me thinks that the Chinese really want the whole of the ROF and not just to Run it. Watch-out. With the present Ontario leadership this is not an impossable goal to achieve! Money talks and bribes work - right? These are no strangers to the Mining Business carried out here in Ontario.
Enviromental ... No free beef meal here - for sure!
Are the Enviromental Questions/Problems now being left for the Free Nations/Individual Tribes to settle up with the Feds? The laws/rules change consistently. Now, don't get sick and miss work for a day or two (no - vacations are not allowed either) because if you are out of office very long you will be "out of date" knowing the current and applicable laws/rules when you return. The Enviromental/Justices are all in the hands of the FN's. It's a joke. Everyone knows this. Mother earth is too important not to be taken care of. Will the ROF survive to a point of everyone involved "being happy" with what they don't want to be part of ? No Meat served here to humans - at least good old Red Beef. Wishes, Dreams, WAG's, Secrets, ect. etc. etc. Mother Earth is sure good at recycling. When goods are shipped abroad they are recyled wherever.
Well everyone, Silence is not golden! Especially when it involves SO MANY things that we need to be informed about to make good long term decisions/judgements for our individual futures.
I'm hungry ... for something of substance. A dish of Jello and a glass of water for dinner just doesn't cut it.
I hope, I wish, I dream, I pray that Frank can accomplish all these intangable things that are being lined up and "needs"(?) to be accomplished before the Stockholders meeting. So, hopefully our LONG held stocks will reward us for investing in KWG in the first place. My wish is that all of us longs do not get "Scammed" out of a worthy return on our investments. Others who set on the sidelines "shorting" and not being "deluted" (like we have gone through) they come in at a "set" time (known only by some of the "Big Spenders" who are in cohorts with each other) in "scheming, duping, swindling, cheating, and defrauding" and then try to collect all the financial rewards to themselves with any allocades that follow. You know, this is the exact reason that the TXS was organized in the first place. A certain wealthy group needed a place to "legally" "Scam" their "lessors" and thus keep the money amoung themselves. Well, study up on the origional organizing of the TXS and you will find what I have learned about how the organization even had laws passed in their favor so they could literally "Scam" others and do so legally. Membership was limited and the deep dark silent secrets were limited to just a few of the members. And, believe it or not, it is still is "alive" and "working" even today.

Natural Gas. ... New Patent ... New Canadian SS Steel manufacturing plant status ... ...
NG - long a favorite in Ontartio due to costly electric. Short favor-o-rite since the last election when Liberals santified electric. The Carbon Tax. Everyone will be deeper in debt because because because ... Do any of you think that the plan to use NG to process the production from the mines through making of SS Seel here in Canada will float? China, of course, will probable oppose this for their (ALMOST) vested interested purposes? Would this possible be part of negotations with China to build a N/S RR?
The New Patent ... any further Meat available on leasing this new cheaper (less expensive) process to any Countries, Companies or even the setting up a subsidiary to handle all this "heavy legal requirements stuff"?
