it's a great article... but one companies answer to questions in an interview. Kwg has its own plans and noront isn't part of them. Tony Marquis has been hired to bring in a rail! For KWG, not NOT. And you can bet ur bottom dollar if a railway is built that whoever takes over NOT will be using the rail as well. Once a railway is built that's it, it's in. A road through swamp land is constant daily maintenance year round.
