Wondering what some here think.

Cashin17, i think that it does not matter weather or not you are the US DOD or not, you cant just waltz into the Ring of Fire and start directing orders and tell the Natives of the land how its going to be. There is still fine line of process that needs to happen, and everyone still needs to mind their P's and Q's. This is anything but a done deal yet, but that " show me the money" card may be in the deck now. Who,s turn is it to deal the next hand?
