RE:The Route

Does anyone happen to have definitive verifiable information on the status of the Transportation Corridor?

Can Wyloo or another entity use the prized esker despite KWG's staking of it (the esker)? If so, then a large part of our perceived  desirability is redundant. I hope this is not the case, as Wyloo could quite easily bypass us when they are ready to start development.

I remember looking at this in some detail back in 2013-14-15-16 when the mining commissioner/court of appeal stuff was going on. It never seemed (to me, at least) to be entirely clear then, and it has not been discussed for a long time.

This is kind of an important issue as the Route is a huge chip in this unfolding drama. For example if Wyloo can proceed to mining and shipping without KWG.....we better hope that someone, other than Wyloo will want our goodies.

There was a few lines as part of the PRs covering the RailVeyor and Cormoront scoping stidies for electrification and light rail that the expenses would be classified as "mining works" or some similar term, thus keeping control/exclusivity as well as the bedrock outcrop being reserved as a quarry for aggregate... historical stuff, but important nonetheless.   My recollection may be a little foggy, but I don't have time to look it up as it's late now.
