A friend (grape vine) who has a small claim up in the ring of fire said that BHP is poking their nose around again.  KWG on their radar

If you were going to use a punctuation mark at the end of " KWG on thier radar " would it be an exclamation mark (!) ? or a questionmark (?) ?

 Also, would BHP be an industry leader with enough heft and might? remember that new years eve letter from KWG a few years back? They may even still have a bad taste in their mouth over the Noront takeover? who knows
