They used to have an office in province of Qubec cause there they have slaker rules and regulations. They opened an office in Toronto cause all the indians were closer to T.O. then Montreal. They may have kept the office in Montreal but i have not looked lately. They call Toronto the head office but then again Frank has many trusts and companies associated with kwg even in Germany where i believe

At $18 million to build a diamond mine in the middle of nowhere, why not build 2-3-4 cripes build one every 25 km range? DeBeers could have had a huge city of diamond mines.

Remember Frank got 20 million for a net smelter right. He could have built that diamond mine and had enough profit to make the shares rise so everyone had a nice profit. Also diamonds can be flown out not needing a road.
