Then again I once talked to a broken that told me to buy Noront at  $0.15 instead of KWG at $0.05 cause of the nickel hype. Both Noront and KWG expanded their grasp on the ring of fire. Noront through the cliffs deal and KWG with the Blackhorse,The Hornsby property and the Patent using Natural gas,a catalyst and whatever else is in Patent. The right of way that KWG stakes was brilliant but

Frank turned down 19 cents a long time ago and there was a LOT less shares kwg had out at that time instead of A BILLION and A HALF they now have. SINCE then kwg has stagnated and is next to broke. At least the Noront holders may make some money and the buyout will move the ring forward for whatever company name that ends up the owner of Noront.

Hey PatentPending1 I wonder how many current NOT shareholders are going to be upset that they have been cut out of the Ring of Fire by the Wyloo's acquisition of Noront? I wonder on what kind of ratio they would be willing to swap their NOT shares for 1 or 2  KWG.A  shares with a warrant to buy another share at $7.50 for two years and maybe even a warrant to obtain a fixed amount

Wheelsrail  I think not will be taken out but I don't think it's a rush. But KWG will not be the only game in town left. There is one company with a larger amount of claims than even Noront has. That company(I forget name) is working on deliniating their claims which will give a better understanding of the value of the Ring of Fire. This is needed.
