They got a clause in their buyout  to work with and it is clearly stated that they must work with and be  respectful to regional stakeholders ( KWG) if they decide to change Forrest tune half threw then KWG  uses this against them .... They should of not inked regional shareholders if they planned on going alone . Or issues will plague their buy .... happy buyout !! Hello ...more

So Lou how do you see it going down between Wyloo & KWG a partnership a buyout KWG going by itself and just charging to use the rail ? I'm thinking partnership would be the best deal for KWG and the SP. but I can also see Wyloo wanting control of everything including the Corredor what's your thoughts GLTA

Personally l'd prefer a partnership to see the full potential and reaping the benefits ... But and I mean but there is the issue of greed  Greed will play a extreme factor moving forward ... look at the games of stock manipulation for both NOT & KWG ... someone wants for less money and it is called fear factor anynews via the Natives and boom the gloves come off  ...more

Personally I would prefer anyone else then Wyloo but that is my opinion... Watching Noront takeout and the games ? He doesn't seem to be on straight forward narrow path of here a honest deal ... take it or leave it  The writing of said deal is dangerous for any that believes he will do the honest thing if you care to stay ... watch the games that will be played on any of the holdouts ...more

Like I said ... this is their written agreement as per filed under serdar .... so does he have the rights to deduct and withheld ? Plus is $1.10 a true $1.10 ??? why does he need to deduct and sit on something and can he take advantage of this extra ? 2.8 Payment of Consideration The Purchaser will, no later than the Business Day prior to the Effective Date, deposit in escrow with the ...more

Lou, i agree that there are trap doors in the stay on the New Noront deal that is very dangerous. But really, who has played fairly in this whole deal with BHP trying to slide in the back door in the exporation for cash that the shareholders i dont believe ever seen the terms for , and Noront not keeping shareholders apprised of during the negotions , who knows what those 3 know that the retail ...more

Noront management has always acted in the MIA when it came to guidance ... Reading the agreement they inked with Forrest has holes like swish cheese Staying on for his so-called ride is marred with danger points ...

No, but Duzer posted this the other day. "think it was about three months ago I called and talked to BRUCE he told me then that they had been in discussions with both BHP and Wyloo and he said that the talks did go well so it will be interesting to see what happens with Wyloo" so who k ows what conversations were about.??

0.315 Lou64.......most dangerous was those who took your advice to sell at 0.315. Why do you insist on discussing Noront on this KWG forum?
