By the time companies need the ROF materials - it will be too late and it will be shipping into Canada from other country - companies can't wait for all the parties to make a move and for FN to decide what they want ?  So with that in mind - GIVE WHEELS his OFFER  already - and WHEELS will stop posting on this board - simple isn't it ?????  I'll take 1/2 of the Noront ...more
